Friday: Personal Assessment day

9:00 Arrival, Initial Meeting and Instructions

10:00 Break into groups and start assessments

10:00-4:00 Height, Weight, Wing span (finger tip to finger tip), shoe size, hand size, neck size, waist, inseam, shirt size

10:00-4:00 Vertical Jump, Standing long jump, 225 lb bench press, 40 Yd run, 5-10-50, 20 yd run (linemen)

10:00-4:00 Standardized IQ testing

4:00 pm Conclude Day 1

Saturday: Football Assessment day

Linemen 7:00 am arrival and instructions

7:15-7:30 stretch and warm up

7:30-8:15 individual drill work

8:15-10:00 various 1 on 1 work

QBs Linebackers Running backs 10:00 am arrival and instructions

10:15-10:30 stretch and warm up

10:30-11:15 individual drill work

11:15-1:00 various 1 on 1 work

QBs Wide Receivers Defensive Backs 1:00 am arrival and instructions

1:15-1:30 stretch and warm up

1:30-2:15 individual drill work

2:15-4:00 various 1 on 1 work

Sunday: Same schedule as Saturday
